No more an undergraduate

Seaze had her final exam last night. Finally finishing the 3 massive years of part-time undergraduated studies. Reflecting on the previous 3 years, the cycle of "term in", "test" and "academic paper" had slided into a repetitive pattern. Repetitiveness has always been a "down-side" on my mind, taken things granted...

This is just a reminder to myself: everything has a cause and everything will have a consequence.

p.s. England played very poorly last night, though at the end they won.

Proud to be an Australian

I have never been so proud of being an Australian since Sydney 2000 Olympics. The socceroos beated Japan 3-1. We did a "Liverpool-styled" comeback from 0-1 down until the 84th minute. Cahill and Aloisi scored~! Amazing! Fantastic! I just wish I was able to be a part of the green and gold wave in Germany. Screaming all the cheers "Aussie Aussie Aussie O! O! O!"

Been reading the latest issue of TIME: US marines had killed the Iraqi Al-Qaeda leader Al-Zarqawi. This news have never reached the ears of average HKers. But hey, what a big news it is. Being in Hong Kong and its media coverage would blind HKers into a sub-standard news person. Let's hear what happen in the world, HKers~! Otherwise we will all be simple moron controlled by the unimaginated TVBers and HK-tabloiders.

Go Aussie Go~ next up we will show who is the true green and gold to the Brazilian.

Change is good ~ if you can handle all the bads

My girl's planning for a change in jobs: had an offer from a better school;
My best mate broke up with her girl. It was a time bomb that waiting to happen if he didn't return HK sooner. And the bomb went....
My job is still fresh enough. But sticking in similar types of work is getting me into repetitive mode: I don't find it bore but I dare for bigger challenges.

As always, I told them, and I told myself: changes is inevitable; and change can bring better outcomes. Changes means new opportunities; change means finding a side road that may lead to treasure. But changes would bring along bads (in forms of bed temper and pressure).

As long as you can handle, if help or not, all these bads: Change is good~!
